History brought to life…
The Museum, originally called ‘The Atholl Country Collection’, first opened its doors in 1982. It was the idea of John Cameron. Over the years, John built up a collection of local artefacts, photographs and information. He decided to develop his initial ideas into creating this successful visitor attraction.
